• Performing routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of
KOKO points, Smart Depot and Smart Tanker units ensuring they
run to their maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Troubleshooting system and hardware errors and resolving technical
problems using a structured approach with a view to resolving
incidents in a timely manner and preventing recurrence.
• Field testing of newly delivered features, upgrades and fixes to the
Network, i.e. hardware and software.
• Documenting and owning activities by completing forms, reports,
logs, and records using provided tools.
• Ensuring good work management of provided tickets, instructions
and schedules to meet daily targets.
• Planning and prioritising field activities to ensure optimal use of
resources and efficient operations.
• Demonstrate accountability, care and responsibility for company
resources, tools and equipment assigned to the team and maintaining
them in good working condition.
• Working actively, under minimal supervision and professionally with
team members
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through professional conduct and
engagements
• Adhering to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management
System requirements, as well as communicating any potential risks
identified.

• Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work
procedures.
• Assist in installation of cigarette making machine (Hauni Protos
90E), packing machine (G.D X3) and packet wrapping machine
(G.D C600) according to layout plans using hand and power tools
• Maintaining and Inspecting cooling towers, dust plants, vacuum
pumps, (screw type) air compressors, boilers and effluent
treatment facilities
• Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts
• Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during
overhaul, maintenance or setup of machineries
• Ensuring operating safety devices function properly on
completion of repairs, modifications and installations; for both
hydraulic and pneumatic machines.
• Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and
documentation
• Cleaning, inspecting, lubricating and performing other routine
maintenance work on machineries
• EHS champion in workshop through incident elimination and by
ensuring 100% adherence to all company stipulated safety rules
and control measures.
• Actively participating in the implementation of Integrated Work
Systems (IWS) key pillars like AM, LE, quality, lean
manufacturing and EHS among others to help in realization of the
larger organization goals

• Maintenance and operation of Generators, boilers, chillers, air driers,
air conditioners, HVACs, pumps, gearbox, blowers, compressors,
power plant auxiliaries and other machines in the plant in
coordination with the production team to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling equipment such as air
compressors, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, other
environmental changing devices, other mechanical equipment or
electrical pneumatic and electronic components.
• Routine checks, Operations and servicing of milk processing
machines; pasteurizer, homogenizer, sterilizer, packaging machines
(Tetra Pak, PET, Aseptic Line).
• Knowledge on milk reception, milk pasteurization, sterilization and
Clean in Place (CIP).
• Boiler, WTP, ETP operations and maintenance.
• Continuous follow up and proper scheduling of Preventive
Maintenance for all plant equipment including instruments.
• Knowledge on TPM (Total Productive maintenance), 5S (Sort, Set in
order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) of good housekeeping.
• Observing and complying to safety practices: Environment, Health
and Safety (EHS) standards, Lock out Tag out Try out (LOTOTO)
