Providing and interpreting financial information;
- Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reliable financial reporting.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
- Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
- Ensure adherence to the company set internal controls policies and procedures.
- Safeguard the company’s assets by focusing on internal controls over Financial Reporting.

- Tax & Zakat filling and compliance;
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and
statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue;
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
- Keeping changes in financial regulations and legislation up to date.
- Supervisory responsibilities include the management and directing of the Finance Department.
Operational control and financial reporting for all existing Segments within
Oilfield services group of Schlumberger in Kazakhstan. Participate in all
tenders contracts with clients and suppliers, SOX compliance, manage the
company’s Legal and Tax. Lead and train the Finance and Accounting Team.
• Ensures the safeguarding of Company assets through adequate internal control.
• Provides financial decision support to the Management Group.
• Responsible for control over and optimizing of working capital and operating cash flow.
• Ensures compliance with local tax regulations.
• Responsible for the preparation of the accounts for management and statutory purposes.
• Reviews all significant contracts and tenders.
• Supports local business acquisition, joint venture set up or partnership activity.
