● Advised the top management about the profound changes needed for the new plant layout. Managed to get the Chairman and CEO approvals for the redesign proposed by the plant key stakeholders
● Successfully managed the Mini Croissant project with a budget of € 7 million and new wafer project with a budget of € 5 million. Led the team through the project life cycle starting from initiation, planning, purchasing, installations, commissioning and startup

• EMTP is 18-months in-depth program through which the trainee acquires cross-functional hands-on experience aligned with off the job training. The program is designed to graduate competent junior managers specialized in different fields of manufacturing upon completion of the program.

• Provided field services support to the plants for their rotating equipment during the scheduled inspections and troubleshooting visits and identifying solutions
• Successfully obtained Vibration Analyst Category II Certification from American Vibration Institute
