•All Internal Audit Activity Plans participate on external Audit by the chief WPF.
•Monitoring all inspection requirements daily with the Q/C engineers /inspectors.
•Daily meeting to check the inspection plan in the same direction we assumed.
•Solve the problems regarding to welding, piping, pressure vessels withstand up the standard and technical wise and point of view.
•Weekly meeting with the owner/client for checking review the inspection problems last week.
•Reporting and get alarms for the management for any technical issues not matching with client requirements or standard.
•Daily following the subcontractor’s inspection activities and give direction instructions /alarms to avoid any technical problems.
•Daily meeting with subcontractor for P.L / Hydrotest packages.
•All activities related to the maintenance issues.
•Any manpower issues to be solves ASAP.
•Manpower interviews for Quality Team of Sub-Contractors.

Responsibilities:

•Monitoring and controlling resources to accomplish projects within budget and on time.
•Issuing master schedule for projects and supervising the generation of the related detailed schedule by the production control department.
•Monitoring the materials procurement phase to ensure timely delivery of materials within budget.
•Monitoring factory progress in the manufacturing phase to ensure that the schedule is Maintained and that registered man hours are within budget.
•Handling all customer related correspondences.
•Taking necessary actions towards any anticipated deviations.
•Issuing periodical reports to higher management to demonstrate the projects status in Regards to: Schedule, Progress, Budget, and Invoicing.

•Check all types of material required for each different plant utility.
•Review the material-punching lists for all static equipment, piping system and supports according to specification and standard references codes.
•Following up reports of carrying out non - destructive examinations (N.D.E), VT, UT, MT, RT, PT and hardness tests, etc. of gas, steam pressure vessels (boilers, furnaces, towers, tanks, exchangers, desalination units, etc.) and piping systems.

•Check reports of thickness of vessels and piping systems by ultrasonic thickness measurements device.
•Providing inspection services for N.D.E comprising the use of inspection equipment for ultrasonic thickness measurement and flow detection, including various methods of crack detection such as dye penetrate, magnetic techniques, and using endoscope measuring tools such as caliper and vernier.
•Preparing and issuing technical reports, including suggestions for procedures to follow after inspection for each type of plant equipment, according to standard reference codes
•CO-Ordination with production, safety, maintenance and welding departments to prepare and execute the shutdown schedules and other procedures.
•Following up the external inspections carried out, such as radiographic inspections, to ensure that all the proper techniques and safety regulations were followed.
•Preparing technical specifications and requirements for-external and internal inspection services required and participated in reviewing and evaluation of bids for inspection work according to specifications and procedures to be followed.
•Maintain details of inspection procedures, specification of materials and severity charts.
•Review welding procedures and welder qualifications, interpreted radiographic results according to standard references.
•Carry out the repairing for all static equipment Such as vessels, Tanks, Heat exchangers, Towers and Drums.
•Doing Prepare for welding Processes, GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc welding), TIG & MIG and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
•Preparing the weld maps, recording and reviewing as built drawing.
•Review inspection reports to ensure that equipment - condition matches safe and reliable working environment and ensuring that all inspection records were well maintained according to appropriate codes.
•Had good back ground in NDE methods so reviewing and prepared the procedures of welding for post-treatment.
•Check (stress - relieving) for each type of materials required as well as hardness testing after post heat treatment.

Power Station plants, Piping and maintenance and steel structure projects. (Khomss, Derna, Tobruk, Tripoli, Sert) LIBYA sites.
