Mobile Services)
Managing mobily consumer video services commercial offerings and platforms.
Create, develop, and execute annual media strategy and plan with direct connection to client roadmap, mission objectives and budget.
Managing Mobinil and Link Dot Net media strategy.
Leading the consumer segment converged services function, setting strategic plans and executing it.
• Conduct the internal commercial training to COPS, Sales, Marketing and exclusive dealers Based on TNA approach.
• Develop, update and conduct soft skills training.
• Develop, update and conduct technical training (system training).
• Assist in enhancing the existing material of the management courses developed by the training team.
• Maintain and enhance the training delivery quality according to set measurements.
• Assess the trainees’ skills, behaviors and learning styles during the internal training course.
• Report the Trainees assessment results to the sr. Manager.
• Develop & update all the technical training material.
• Review & print out the material & certificates before delivering training.
• Assist in enhancing the existing material of the management courses developed by the training team.
• Check and trouble shoot all PC’s and systems related issues are working efficiently.
• Enhance the training tools i.e. Videotapes, exercises …etc used by trainers within any internal training course.
• Create new innovative training styles within the internal
• Keep log of all the training contents delivered by the training
• Report to the training and development Sr. Manager for the training courses conducted within the commercial area.
• Assist Project manager in setting the appropriate project plan and allocating recourses & coordinating with involved parties.
• Understanding of individual learning styles and how to adapt training delivery to maximize learning potential.
• Manage the internal training for a staff of 3000 employees.
