Define, design, and implement DELL Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) products : Vxrail, VCF on Vxrail, Azure Stack HCI and VSAN Ready nodes also PowerEdge Servers and TOR Switches
• Implementing VMware Environment. VMware Virtualization (vCenter, vSphere5.5, vSphere 6.0)
• Implementing Vcenter Cluster on the disaster recovery side.
• Create and Prepare new servers on the VMware Environment
• Maintaining VMware environment and troubleshoot Virtual servers escalated problems
• Implementing Microsoft Infrastructure Environment including (AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, GPOs)
• Implement and Managing System Center Products (SCCM-SCOM-DPM)
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure problems.
• Understanding business priorities, and acting accordingly.
Generating statistics reports to monitor the progress, performance and availability of the systems
Operations Tasks:
• 3rd level of Support for all Vodafone Users in Microsoft Products all over 22 Opcos (Germany-Qatar-Spain-Turkey-Romania-Australia…etc)
• Perform Operation tasks on 2nd large Microsoft Farm all over the world.
• Implement and Manage Microsoft Infrastructure Environment (AD-DNS-DHCP-Group Policies).
• Manage and Configure MS System Cenetr Products (SCOM-DPM-Orchestrator-SCCM)
• Implement and Manage MS SharePoint (2007-2010-2013).
• Implement and Manage MS SQL Servers.
• Handling P1, P2 and p3 Tickets On time through BMC REMEDY.
• installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and managing a SharePoint Server or a Farm
• Configuring all service applications like Search, Metadata, User Profile Synchronization etc
• Generate Automatic Reports upon Clients Requests Based on MS SQL Queries.
• Ensure to meet the systems availability for all the backend systems in 24/7 operation delivering 99% availability SLA
• Follow-up on the daily health checks and fix problems once they appear.
