• Heavily involved in Closing du deal from Bidding to Closure, defining SLA/KPI, Contract details, Lead the engagement from Bidding to deal Closure.
• Maintain and manage the pipeline line regionally covering Gulf region, North Africa and Turkey to support quota attainment every quarter.
• Manage Lead and opportunities in pipeline, achieve and manage financial targets including revenue, market share and net margin contribution, issue P&L report quarterly.
• Development of New opportunities around the region, expand and upgrade current projects.
• Open up new business channels with new customers by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying profitable business opportunities based on strategic partnership
• Manage and lead project workforce and budget, prepare P&L sheet, Create WSR sheet to monitor and follow up Project Progress
• Focal Point between Client and technical team Onsite/Offshore (Delivery team), attend all Onsite customer meetings.
• Update and maintain reporting tools such as Siebel CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management.
• Maintaining Excellent Communication skills with Client, Problem solver, Knowledge transfer with Colleagues and Client.
• Responsible on strategic planning for CVM Project which includes: issue RFP, manage, evaluate and select Vendor/s, lead System Integrator team during implementation from the Operator side, review impact analysis, and proposed solution architecture.
• Responsible on gathering business requirements, Solution finder, CRM Flowcharts/processes design, processes reengineering, design Sequence diagrams.
• Responsible on writing Test Cases, creating Workflows, Sequence diagrams and process design.
• Lead Functional and Technical Consultant during implementation.
• Develop practice area and support staff SIEBEL CRM, SIEBEL PRODUCT CATALOGUE user training and materials including developing roll-out training to new joiners of the firm.
