Senior Mechanical Estimator Engineer (Tendering Engineer) a t Advanced Technology Services (ATS) company, study of all projects drawings, BOQs, Specifications and send the project items to suppliers to get offers prices and best discount available which may be compatible with the project item's specifications. this includes but not limited to :- Steel pipes and fittings and flanges, Cast Iron pipes and fittings, HDPE pipes and fittings, uPVC pipes and fittings, , All heating systems ( Calorifiers, Boilers, Water Heaters, Heating Pumps), pumps with all types ( Submersible, Booster, circulation), plumbing specialties, valves with all kinds for plumbing system ( Gate, Check, Ball, Air vent, WHA, …etc), pipe insulation, Firefighting special systems ( FM200, NOVEC system, Foam, Co2, FM200), fire pumps, fire alarm systems, Nozzles, Sprinklers, fire extinguishers, Fire hose cabinets with all its contents, HVAC Systems including VRV, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers air or water cooled, Ducts, Dampers with all sorts, Air outlets, Duct Insulation; then making estimation sheets with the provided fully comply prices(After studying Offers) and making all necessary quantity surveying needed using AutoCAD, Revit, Gstar programs, Auto Lisp, whenever applicable, putting necessary man-hours for all items, and considering CIF prices and local prices, till the estimation sheet closes with all prices needed including man-hour, warranty, spare parts, civil works for plumbing system, whenever needed.
