Position : Site Technical Office Electrical Engineer (1/2017-10/2020)

Responsibilites:-
1-Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at Site based on shop drawings and specifications for example.
• Installation and Start up, of MVSG, RMUs, Power Transformers.
• Installation, start up, Testing and Commissioning of LV Panel Boards, MCCs, ATS, Generators, Pump Room Control Panels.
• Installation, wiring and Testing of Fire Alarm System and the interface with Other Systems Like HVAC, A/V, Access Control, Fire Fighting.
• Installation of MV Cables, L.V Cables, Lighting Poles, Landscape Lighting, L.C Networks.
2- Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
3- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
4- Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
5- Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
6- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
7- Ensure the availability of adequate quantity of Electrical materials.
8- Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
9- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule
10- Provide input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
11- Update drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.

specs and
international codes as well as consultant
requirments
5-Contact with suppliers and subcontractors.
6-Provide the technical solutions, support and
installation details to the site.
7-Quantities surveying and get quotations from
the approved suppliers.
8-put the time schedules of the electrical works.
9-Follow up site installation and technical support
for electrical and low current systems .
10-Attend the equipment factory tests with the consultant.

5- Attend and analyze cause of electrical brake down.
6- Trouble shooting Electrical Issues.
