- Introduced a home ownership program initiative. The program targeted 600 Saudi employees and
provided financial support through local bank agreements.
- Introduced over 20 new business initiatives. This was done through a systematic approach and
international benchmarks.
- Launched and supervised consultancy contracts with a total value of USD 3 million.
- Co-established a full organizational revenue strategy. The strategy attends both top down and bottom up
approaches.

Government Affairs Representative (Engineering Project Coordinator) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST)

- Led the work between KAUST and the Saudi Communications and Information Technology
Commission (CITC) to reserve a unique radio frequency for University use.
- Represented KAUST to the Saudi Post office to establish a unique mailing address and zip code for the
main University campus.
- Registered a University owned research vessel at the Ministry of Transportation and CITC.
- Lead the establishment of the Government Affairs Services Center (GASC). The center serves over 2, 000
employees with nearly 20, 000 transactions daily.
- KAUST ambassador in charge of representing the University in front of official delegations.
- Deliver bi weekly orientation sessions detailing department services to new employees/academics.
