o Assuming overall responsibility for IT infrastructure within KSA, including budget expenditure and vendor performance; implementing regional and corporate level IT projects, including the setting up of a new site’s IT / telecoms infrastructure, expertly managing best available resources.
o Member of the local Management Team and participating in strategic decisions to enhance the business process in reaching the company’s goals and targets.
o Role involves implementing the corporate’s IT strategy, undertaking periodical needs analysis in order to optimise resources, implementation and auditing.

o Implemented a successful 2 roll-outs of the company’s ERP (Microsoft Axapta 2009) Project and currently managing 3 companies inside Microsoft Dynamics Ax 2009.
o Vendor relationship management on local level and responsible of all HP purchases within the MEA region.
o Managing the IT Capex / Opex for Saudi Arabia.
o Managing 1 direct employee and 3 indirect in 3 different cities.
o Delivering customized computer introduction courses to the sales and admin teams across the kingdom to enhance the employees computer interaction.
o Project leader for the Sales Force CRM roll out project in the GCC region.
o Managing MobileIron MDM solution for iPhone and Android Devices management.
o Managing FrontRange DSM solution for desktops, laptop and servers management.
o Managing Cisco AnyConnect VPN solution for remote access clients.
o Managing McAfee ePO 5.0 servers and thin clients on all local machines.
o Managing Windows Updates and patches through WSUS 3.2 for all local servers / clients.

o Delivering effective first level help desk support for key branches of Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam
o Successfully project managing various IS projects, dealing with vendors and suppliers and providing full LAN and WAN support for each of the three branches
o Ensuring user, computer and server compliance with Group’s policies and procedures

o Delivering Microsoft Technical Courses Tracks (MCSE 2003, MCSA 2003, Office 2003)
