• Conduct site visits & surveys for technical support in terms of lighting fixtures installation, maintain, or replacement.
• Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve possible issues.

• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

1- Kingdom Center Façade Multimedia Project, Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all related works electrical, civil, etc. for the installation of conduits, cable trays, wires, & cables for both Power & Data systems.
• Installation of Power main & sub main panel boards, Data cabinets, and main control panels (LOC’s).
• Design and installation of control panels including power adapters, pixel distributers, power sockets, & power and data wiring in between.
• Arrange for permissions, approvals, and coordination for all works with the kingdom center maintenance and security managements.
• Conduct site inspections for first, second, & third fix works. With all related RFI’s, MIR’s, & MS’s.
• Termination of Power, Data, & Fiber cables including T&C works.
• Running the outdoor lighting system with all troubleshooting, and T&C works.

Coordinates with the Project Manager for completing the Procurement Schedule.
• Coordinates with the Procurement Unit Head to complete and update the Procurement Plan and ensures it is regularly updated.
• Coordinates and consolidates requests for permanent materials among multiple projects to negotiate the most advantageous terms .
• Prepares Purchase Orders as per approved submittal and material service request sent by the site.
• Manages the efficient flow of purchase requests to the buyers for action.
• Accountable for the prequalification of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Searches for, identifies, and establishes contacts with new suppliers and subcontractors.
• Updates suppliers’ and subcontractors’ database.
• Maintains quality and price records for all purchased items.
• Coordinates with the Engineering/Design Unit when design
details are involved.
• Conducts regular visits to sites and coordinates with the sites for
procurement issues.
• Coordinates with the Estimation Unit in sending RFQ’s,
obtaining quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and
preparing material files.
• Works with Procurement Unit Head on selecting suppliers for
prequalification.
• Coordinates with Finance for the proper management of
accounts receivables and payables.
• Communicates with potential suppliers.

1- Hajar Garden Lighting Project (DQ).
2- DQ Lighting Pilot Project (DQ).
3- ARTAL School Project.

Prepare shop drawings, material survey and
request, get
quotations, and insure the specifications.
* Prepare site works, electrical, civil, and all tasks needed to finalize
the work at site.
* All electrical installations, panels termination, and fixtures install
and testing & commissioning works.
* Arrange meetings with the clients to satisfy their needs and
requirements.
* Prepare RFI’s, MIR’s, and all submittal forms needed to meet the
consultant requirements and hand over the project.

Technical support works for the projects including preparing of the
shop drawings and all kind of document works needed for the
electrical department.
* Work in tenders pricing for both electrical low voltage systems and
low current systems.
* Prepare technical submittals for all low voltage systems to be
quoted by specialized systems suppliers.
* Coordination with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm
requirements.
* Collaborated with vendors to locate replacement components and
resolve advanced problems.
* Responded to support requests from end users and patiently
walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.

1- AL Yasmeen Private Villa Compound.
2- Nozol Almaha Commercial Villa Compound.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising/completing installation works of Main Distribution boards and Sub Panel boards, Medium Voltage/Low Voltage and all A/C Package units and Machinery for workshop.
• Prepared shop drawing and as Built Drawings in Auto CAD for the work done and other project documents and smooth handing over the project.
• All finishing works inside buildings includes spotlights, cove lights, switches, sockets, chandleries, and wall lights. Also, all landscape works including man-halls for power and low current systems, piping between them and all power and data cabling and wiring from main distribution boards until sub-panels inside buildings.
• Lighting system installations for landscape including wall lights, up-lights, garden lights, lighting poles, and linear & wall washer lights.
• All types of PVC and EMT piping / sleeves / elbow installation in foundation and roof slabs and other masonry work in the building.
• Installation of boxes and Wiring / cabling up to the lighting/power points. Data, telephone, intercom, CCTV, and Wi/Fi system.
• Medium and Low Voltage cabling inside building and outside and Main and sub panels termination.
• Cable tray works and lying of cables .Building Earthing and installation of Ground rods and grounding loop.
