1.To review all the engineering drawings received from the client and advice for any necessary modifications required
with respect to project specifications or site conditions.
2. To review the projects documents and study the scope of supply and project specifications.
3. To prepare fabrication requests as well as detailed MTO’s based on the piping and supports drawings.
4. To check and evaluate material supplier quotations/offers technically.
5. Assist in the preparation and approval for various Method Statements and work procedures as well as in coordination
with the client/ subcontractors for the release of piping and supports to site after fabrication.
6. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients
according to required project standards.
7. To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
8. To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
9. To attend regular meetings with clients, and keeping them informed of progress.
10. To supervise and monitor the site labor force through Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
11. To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
12. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
13. To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
14. To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
15. To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
16. To overview the fabrication works and resolves any technical issues that may arise during fabrication taking in to consideration the site conditions.
17. To plan and organize the fabrication and site works as per the project’s milestones to ensure the completion of specific tasks within the allocated time.
18. Worked in different pre commissioning activities, reinstatement and hydro test.
