Job detailed description and activities:
1. Revision of daily sales reports
a. Route matching for representatives’ coverage plan.
b. Sales revision for products that are not available in reports.
c. Revision, matching and follow-up of sales daily, weekly and monthly targets for sales representatives.
d. Revision and follow-up of salesmen reports as well as daily and monthly sales plans.
e. Preparing a forecast and follow-up for sales transactions of various products with special attention to new products such as jams and tomato sauce.
f. Monitoring the distribution and consumption of new products through reports of customers.
2. Revision of daily invoices
a. Matching invoices with specified monthly discounts.
b. Confirming invoices reporting with discounts written clearly on them.
3. Revision of Debts for all sales representatives
a. Following up with supervisors who should have samples of invoices and match them with customers.
b. Making sure customers have their specified discount rates.
4. Revision of customers investments equity
a. This item is concerned with the following customers (Qubaa, Saad Fathalla inheritances, Al-Fateh in Damanhour, Al-Awwam in Matrouh)
b. Follow up with accountant(s) and inventory guards for the inventory of stocks and cars (trucks) for representatives and supervisors.
c. Follow up with accountant(s) in the expenses of “agencies/dealers”
d. Follow up with administrative expenses of “agencies/dealers” in terms of rental cost and salaries, depreciation and cars expenses.
e. Follow up with accountants for compensations, discounts, and incentives for dealers.
f. Follow up with products transactions under shipment and returns.
5. Follow up with market status and sampling
a. Sampling is performed to know how the products are distributed (spread in the market), shelves sizes in shops (markets) and the availability of of new products in maximum number of sales outlets.
6. Follow up with marketing team
a. Making offers in Fathalla, Carrefoure, Zahran and Metro outlets with special attention to the north coast outlets specially during the high-season.
b. Follow up with shops that receive shelves rents in return for the products display and follow up with products availability and quality of the display.
c. Follow up with large supermarket shelves and stands.
d. Follow up with marketing activities in the north coast (renewal of banners and tents) in 24 outlets up to (and even beyond) Heycienda.
7. Follow up with sales supervisors activities
a. Follow up with vehicles supervisors and the maintenance specialists used by dealers (in terms of the current technical status of the vehicles and dates for license renewals) with detailed reports given by the technical supervisors including the above-mentioned activities.
