Responsibilities/ Duties.
- Responsible for working closely with the end client on various constructions.
- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
- Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
- Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
- Preparing enquiry and order documents.
- Commissioning work from both in house personnel and external contractors.
Projects:
1- Aramex DLC Facility Expansion on DWC.
2- Proposed G+2 Printing Press ( Delta Project ) on Technopark .
3- G+3 Labor Camp Accommodation ( Block A & B ) ( Mai Dubai ) on Al Qudrah.
4- Hillside Villas ( 20 Villas ) on ( Golf Real Estate )
5- Multi Tents Aerospace Facilities on DWC
NOTE : Approved on CED Trakhees ( Green Code Card )
- Interlock Working in ( Tram Dubai ) with BESIX construction .
- Tile works ( Fairmont hotel Abu Dhabi )with Arabtic and Diba.
- Block works in Ajman with BESIX construction .
- Do work meetings with labor suppler company and employment contracts with them, such as Delsco company.
