Research Assistant Intern: Gather information on hand prosthetic surveys, design, and customize a survey that is appropriate with the Middle-Eastern context to meet amputees’ needs. Review literature on hand prosthetics design, concerns, and financial cost to develop a general idea about the project and to get in-depth understanding of amputees’ concerns, needs, and obstacles. Communicate with NGOs’ field officers who worked on previous surveys and questionnaires to practically learn about the challenges confronted. Investigate about NGOs’ allocated funds for prosthetics projects in war-torn countries
Grants & Loans Manager: Review, analyze, and account for foreign loans to the government of Yemen. Work closely with Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation on processing grants and loans on the debt management and financial analysis system (DMFAS).
International Rescue Committee (IRC)
Finance Officer: Perform financial duties in line with IRC program, personnel & finance regulations, keep well-organized Book of Accounts at the field office in accordance with the financial manual.
Finance Assistant: Responsible for petty cash, enter the vouchers into an automatic accounting system, generate payments for the staff, prepare cash forecast every week.
