Responsible for Chilled Category
Brands:
• Yogurts: Plain yogurt, Light yogurt, Actilife (Digestive yogurt), Mix (Flavored yogurt), Fruit yogurt & Sweetened yogurt.
• Drinkable yogurt: Zabado & Rayeb
• Creams: Whipping cream, Cooking cream & Sour cream
Responsible for planning annual volumes, budgets and revenues through enhanced market structures for the overall category.
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing / brand strategies and
implementation of brand annual plans on new and existing brands.
Responsible for all the ATL and the BTL activities of the brands.
Responsible for the overall development of advertising initiatives and sponsorships.
Responsible for the full communication plans regarding the Advertising agencies.
Responsible for the creative development process for the brand.
Responsible for new packaging design initiatives
Track marketing and advertising expenditures.
Study consumer research trend analysis and market opportunities.
Analysis of market, consumer and financial data for implementation of marketing strategies.
Identify, analyze and develop new innovative product opportunities.
Analyze Retail Audit monthly readings
Monitor competitive trade, consumer and promotional activities in support of achieving volume and profitability targets.
Responsible for the execution of promotions and promotional activities
Responsible for the execution of trade presentations and programs.
Issue a monthly business review for the top management presenting:
• Marketing activities done in the previous month.
• Brands Market shares
• Volumes & profit performance versus plan
• Marketing strategies and plans for the upcoming period .
Responsible for the effective development and evaluation of the subordinates.
Solution Delivery Manager is more like Project Management as we manage the order from the day the Customer sign the contract with the sales team until it's ready for billing. We are responsible for the ordering of the Equipments and Circuits and delivering it within the target date and Checking the Installation of the routers and Circuits.
