Working on Assessment data to analyze assessors’ performance, success rate (per department, per vacancy, per case and per assessor), repetition of exercises and how it affects the candidates’ experience
Assessment Support:
End to end responsibility for Assessments held in the company, booking candidates, attending scoring, and the focal point for recruiters to take requests and delivering scores
Auditing on Recruiters:
The opening and closing of the vacancy, number of candidates in the selection, selection process used and sourcing channels to grasp candidates
