-Put and implement the marketing plan for EGD’s OTC products.
-Select, recruit and train the new salespeople.
-Design and deliver training courses either products’ knowledge or selling skills for the sales people.
-Assist the other product managers to put their prescribed product marketing plans from OTC’s point of view.
-Manage the new branches (selection, design, standardization, execute) set up till become active and settled (expand from 4 branches to 11 branches).
-Monitor the stock in hold and the mobility of goods between the different branches.
-Put and test the standards for computer system performance for full computerization of pharmacies division’s.
-Manage day-to-day business.
-Select and recruit new staff.
-Deal with unsolved customer problems.
-Prepare and deliver training courses for the pharmacy staff.
-Private market for ethical products, OTC products and consumer products.
-Institutional business.
-Follow up with the distributors on all SmithKline Beecham matters.
-Follow up on registration / pricing issue with M.O.H.

-At general team with morning activities mainly university’s hospitals and Egy-drugs outlet and afternoon private promotion to all specialties all CG promoted items except psycho products.
-Then with the same morning activities become GPs specialist at the afternoon activities.
-Then selected to be one of the CVS specialized team at morning and afternoon activities for selected target doctors and centers
