-Creating statistical sales forecast annually and update it quarterly in coordination with sales department
-Managing S & OP Monthly meeting with sales department to confirm sales forecast with sales director according to market studies and potential new products will be launched during the forecasted period
-Measuring forecast accuracy comparing actual demand and impact of competitive strategies in terms of promotions and pricing
-Evaluate And update MPS, MRP and sharing in ERP System and maintenance for it
-Review production schedules plans for manufacture products & achieve customer satisfaction and execute master production Policies such as the establishment of time fences plan, determination of safety stock Qty's and the setting of Lot sizes and follow opening and closing of work order and How to decrease Deviation of material for work order
-Preparing weekly production plan according to MS and actual demand from customer orders

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
