-Creating statistical sales forecast annually and update it quarterly in coordination with sales department

-Preparing weekly production plan according to MS and actual demand from customer orders
-Maintain accurate lead times and system data to ensure MRP accuracy
-Determine materials to be ordered weekly based on the MRP report priorities, quantities to be ordered and expected delivery date in accordance with PO policy for assigned portfolio of manufacturing products
-Maintaining ERP accuracy regarding purchase plans and actual stock available.
-Working on reducing aging materials and final products by developing new forms of it.
-Responding quickly and efficiently with non-standard sales order confirmations and acquiring materials sufficiently.
-Updating MRP, MRP II, MS parameters periodically

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention

4. Through subordinate personnel, responsible for the origination of maintenance work orders for all general repairs needed within the department.
5. Plans daily loading schedules on trucks. Prepares loading combinations for shipping of finished products and maintain planning bill of material updated for any customer claim report
6. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

8. Manage and supervise operations of a full-scale logistics facility and distribution center offering public warehousing, distribution, full-service transportation, materials management
9. Review/verification and procurement of raw stock materials & Controlling inventory
10. Determine items to be ordered weekly based on the MRP report priorities, quantities to be ordered and expected delivery date in accordance with PO policy for assigned portfolio of manufacturing products
11. Work to obtain competitive pricing for raw materials with the same quality.
12. Interacts with customers to become aware of opportunities for new services and expansion of logistics facility and in other way keep excellent relationship between assigned major suppliers, foresee issues and support suppliers in getting them fixed when other functions need to be involved. Confer with suppliers concerning late deliveries or expedites
13. Imported Material: Follow up Import Shipment and Review invoices and Custom clearance, Trucks receiving and Review claim report to avoid incompletes item for kits
14. Local Material: Review Daily Delivery Plan with suppliers to expedite overdue orders in material or cancel order. Minimize cost while ensuring and adequate supply of material to meet production delivery dates.
15. Contribute to material efficiency metrics by respecting suppliers? lead-time, managing supplier delivery performance based on available data and reports
16. Evaluate supplier performance with regards to pricing, quality, and on-time delivery
17. Responsible for the determination of materials required for production from local or foreign market.
18. Maintaining the lowest possible safety stock by co-operating with purchase department to reduce materials delivery lead time at minimum.
19. Updating MRP on "Fourth Shift" oracle based system and provide actual data to ERP.
