Additional responsibilities:
• Did the Stimulation jobs by mixing and pumping of 28% & 32% HCL, Non Damaging Gelling Agents, NDP, and KCL Brine through coil tubing and through bull heading.
• Responsible for all of the crew, jobs planning and the daily reports.
I was trained to work as Field Stimulation Engineer.
My work experience is mostly within the "well Services" sector. This involves everything from operation of pneumatic bulk plants, nitrogen pumping units, cementing units, frac\acid pumping, blending, and monitoring units up to full supervision of entire stimulation teams. Upon attaining the highest "operational" position within the company, then i went into management of a district/country thus becoming involved in strategic and financial planning as well as management of day to day operations for all functions within that district.
Working as port facilities supervisor, I'm the one who is responsible for all the supplies of the 2 boats (big orange and gulf pearl) and everything that they need to did all the stimulations jobs.
Organization & calling acid job / N2 jobs, safety issues, materials coordination, order materials needed, safety issues (perform in house safety meeting; pre, post job or/and trip safety meetings; PPE usage supervision and so on); QA/QC supervision. Lab techniques
Full understanding and operation special acidizing equipment. Coordination of materials (chemicals and proppants) for acid jobs. Personnel management in the crews (supervision and engineering). Lab techniques. Basic understanding designing process, execution and post job analyzes acidizing jobs.
• Did the Stimulation jobs by mixing and pumping of 15% HCL, Non Damaging Gelling Agents, NDP, and KCL Brine through coil tubing and through bull heading.
• Did Stimulation jobs through Coil Tubing and Nitrogen by mixing and pumping of 15% HCL, MCA, and Diesel & Crude Oil with Xylene etc.
• Supervise the well clean out jobs removing of scale, Wax and sand through coil tubing.
• Supervise the jobs of enhancing the wellbore productivity by mixing and pumping of lightweight crude with Xylene.
• Supervise the Jobs to kill the well by using CACO3 Gelling Plugs.
• Did plug back cementing as well as squeeze cement jobs independently.
• Knowledge of rigging -up and rigging-down of Cementing & Stimulation service equipment on work locations to include spotting of Cement & Stimulation storage vessels, pre-mixing of spacer fluids and rigging-up appropriate data monitoring equipment, etc.
• Learns the operation of Cement & Acid pumping and mixed equipment, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automatic Density Control (ADC) systems, bulk cement blending, delivery and storage systems, manifold equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools.
• Done following courses: Essential Mathematics, Red Book, and Cementing 1 & Stimulation 1.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
