- Demand Planning Supervisor in addition to supporting Sales Operations Manager in preparation of Annual BP & OP detailed volume forecast based on historical trends, market organic growth, marketing calendar, distribution expansion and share gain.
- Responsible for S&OP monthly process, handling all channels volume planning and analysis.
- Prepare volumes forecast based on Monthly trade activities in all channels
- Prepare new initiatives' annual volume forecast and pipeline filling based on estimated exit share.
- Prepare demand / consumption and distributors holding stocks to Primary targets to be supplied from the factory.
- Generate regional / distributors target contribution based on historical performance excluding any unusual givens.
- Lead cross-functional communication with sales and marketing to develop effective sell-in strategies, collaborate to develop and implement sales programs and priorities.
- Control and follow volume trends of developmental SKUs.
- Develop & Maintain solid historical database and conclusions.
- Sole reference for all sales data history / Analysis.
- Submit Monthly Performance analysis, highlighting opportunities and threats on business channels / regions.
- Monitor distributors’ business process by following up on distributors’ sell in, sell out, stock replenishment and expenditure to ensure consistency of distributors’ business plans.
- Manage returnable and damages.
- Define jointly with different CS functions customer service parameters across all channels (lead time/ Min load/demand fulfilment/ shipment schedule)Coordinating with sales, marketing, production and distribution departments.
- Monitor and follow up routine and non-routine trade activities in order to support the achievement of optimum performance.
- Responsible for the sales database primary and secondary reports, historical data, retail audit, efficiency report, etc.
- Preparing analytical reports for the sales department.
-Assuring data quality of EMC’s customers’ accounts on the Install Base based on the Account Manager’s data reflecting physical equipment statuses.
- Communicating customers’ exact data to EMC’s Contracts and Renewals departments to ensure accurate customer maintenance quotes are generated.
- Calculating potential revenues and opportunities.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and/or concerns. Escalate concerns to insure timely resolution.
- Providing resolutions to an assortment of problems of limited scope. Using judgment within defined practices and procedures.
- Contributing to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
- Communicating within the team or with other internal departments to ensure work is done according to the defined procedures.
- Handling level 1 escalations and some management tasks
- Responsible for communications and public relations
