• Handling all domestic sales orders using SAP system.
• Modifying the order forms with any changes in prices or products and resend to the sales team for using it.
• Sending the required reports related to the sales orders, shipped or unshipped quantities, warehouse stocks or any data to come from SAP.
• Receiving the price list monthly from the marketing team.
• Make sure that all materials have defined on the system (SAP).
• Place all prices per channel on the system to be approved from the costing team.
• Control the TPR on SAP system.
• Receiving PO (Purchase order) from the customer.

•Following on competitors activities in the market.
•Following on sales orders which the merchandising team does it with the customers that have the indirect shipment.
•Assistant in creating trade activity and promotions aligning with the market dynamics and organizing sales promotional campaigns.
•Following on implementation of trader programs and activates in market by making a weekly visit to the market.
•Handle new relaunches with the marketing team.
•Connecting with the advertising agencies to get many quotations for our needing advertising materials and studying it to choose the best one.
