1-Responsible for execution of The ( C-level & D zone ) at stone park compound project
2- Responsible for the Execution for two main fountains in the B-zone an D-zone at stone park compound project
3- Day to day management of the site work, including supervising and monitoring site contractors force and the work of any subcontractor and ensure effective interfaces.
4-Ensure all activities are performed in accordance to construction Schedule and those adequate resources are available to maintain it.
5-Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of project systems.
6-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems
7-Follow up and issue daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress and the concerns in the project
8-overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site .
9- Check, measure and test to ensure the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and specifications
1- Responsible for execution of 80 villas at north abhor district .
2- Coordinate all Project Construction activities and resources including subcontractors and ensure effective interfaces.
3- Participate in preparation of work procedure for all activities.
4- planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order agreed deadlines .
5- Participate for preparing the detailed-project schedule including the breakdown for all items and distribution of all resources to meet the project milestones.
6-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems .
1- preparing the As build drawings and the reports on the structural condition of the buildings to be restored
2- Review all the graphics for the projects, matching drawings and preparing technical proposal
3- study the specification and conditions of the project contract .
4- Verify and document that all materials received are in conformance with approval submittal, handled, stored appropriately and acceptable for use in the project.
5- participate in preparing the full project procurement plan .
6- Ensure all activities are performed according to the schedule .
1-Responsible for the execution of 8 buildings at the fifth settlement - Cairo
2- Work in Vodafone Egypt project (Implementation supervision, surveying works for the site) .
3- Coordinate all Project Construction activities and resources including subcontractors and ensure effective interfaces.
4- Participate in preparation of work procedure for all activities.
