• Preparing designs, quotes, and proposals of extra low voltage systems.
• Planning & scheduling the projects.

• Setting integration with third parties (Fire alarm system, security system, access control, CCTV, KNC/EIB, Elevators, Diesel generators, Chillers...etc).
• Supervising and managing the implementation/execution of assigned projects.
• Managing the site manpower & planning.
• Training Techno Q staff members.
• Implementing Company Quality Management System.
• Handing over completed systems to the consultant.

• Preparing a new narrative, drawings, and cable schedule.
• Replacing the “P” control by the “PI” control by calculating and adding the integral term.
• Making the normal corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Replacing old BMS serial network with new BMS network, which allows higher communication rates & more reliable connections.
• Installing & programming new BMS network and controllers.
• Making new protection programs for some important equipment such as the chillers, smoke extract fans, pressurization...etc.
• Programming, Testing and commissioning for BMS & air conditioning system (new AHUs).
• Monitoring of fire alarm system.
• Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems in the controllers and calibrating the system field device (pressure transmitters, differential pressure switches, relative humidity sensors air and water temperature sensors, 3-way and damper actuator).
