Scope of Work:
As a Sr. Construction Manager responsible for
• Ensure that all the contract program/specifications requirements are achieved with good quality of work
• Coordinate all resources required for the execution of the Project and completion on time with agreed budget.
• Directs and controls the progress of construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Meeting regularly with the Owners, Subcontractors, Client and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project.

The Project is mainly two parts
Parcel# 1- Package # 143 (Built-up Area 61, 545 m2)
Construction of 18 Buildings, 7 Bungalows& HUB building - 3 Zones- with
Infrastructure, landscape& Road Works
Parcel# 2 -Package # 136 (Built-up Area 41, 799 m2):
Construction of 23 Townhouses & 15 Plex - 6 Zones - with related infrastructure, landscape& Road Works

As a Project Manager Responsible for All Site team & work, Following team, Following all items progress to avoid delay in work, Overview work Schedule, Prepare Reports, Check co-ordination between electro mechanic and architecture and civil work, following all subcontractors).
