Managing the matrix of cooperation between departments and managing the daily construction process in several sites.
Working with all facets of management including constructions, marketing, leasing, legal, budgeting, and large scale capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the building constructions, and operating contractors.
Directing in-house staff including Marketing manager to develop marketing strategies to maintain high rates of Sales
Supervising major capital improvement projects
Running bid process and awarding bids
Coordinating construction trades and monitoring schedules
Providing on-site construction management services for owners
Troubleshooting issues with properties outside the main project
Overseeing performance by outside contractors; enforcing compliance with contracts; ensuring compliance with governmental rules and regulations
Assisting with quarterly variance reviews
Supervising staff, including management, leasing, technical, maintenance, and
Generating a positive work environment insuring quality performance and retention of staff
Report to and advise owner on market situations and financial matters .policies and procedures.
Recognize market, operational and management problems and develop appropriate solutions.
Directing and managing all RMC projects in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
Looking for new opportunities, new projects and the key roll of business development for RMC in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

*Apr.2010---Feb.2011: In MENA FOR REAL STATES As a project manager for MENA RESIDENCE PROJECT in the fifth compound (total value of the project 160000000 Egyptian pound) with EHAF as consultant.
*Sep. 2009- -Apr.2010: In ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTIREIES ALGERIA (OCIA) As a project manager for the building package in LNG TRAIN SKIKDA (managing the construction of 10 substations) total value of the project 275000000 Egyptian Pound) with KBR as consultant.
* Aug. 2008 - -Sep. 2009): In ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTIREIES (OCI) . As a Deputy Project manager of cluster D in MARASSI (Emaar- Sidi Abd Elrahman) managing the construction of 54 large villas (total value of the project 140000000 Egyptian Pound) with ECG as consultants.
* Jan 2007 - Aug. 2008: As First Phase Finishing Manager in ALEXANDRIA FOR CONSTRUCTION (TALLAT MOSTAFA A.C.C) managing the detailed work of finishing of first phase buildings at MADINATY. (Total value of the project 518000000 Egyptian Pound) with ECG as consultants.
: *2004-Jan 2007: As a project Manager in ALEXANDRIA FOR CONSTRUCTION (TALLAT MOSTAFA A.C.C) managing the construction of 44 residential buildings and the infrastructure of groups (108-110) at Al REHAB (total value of the project 310000000 Egyptian Pound) . With ECG as consultants.
