Continuously and proactively improve availability and customer service with cost effectiveness. Resolve help desk Level 1 support tickets for hardware, software and mobile issues. Monitoring Help desk (ticketing system, emails, phone). Provide support for IT backup rotations. Creating daily reports & solutions on support tickets. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically. Research and Repair hardware and software packages. Provides technical assistance to users and advise users on appropriate action. Responsible for the entire IT installation during the shift. Operates all IT environment during shift (TOS, ERP, Network, AD, Exchange, Backup, ...etc ). Maintains inventory of internal licenses and track compliance. Monitor the network & Internet during shift to ensure performance and protect against security risks. Installs the tests software upgrades. Perform security test in a regular basis and monitor / report security incidents, violations, and findings. Ensure Anti Virus is updated and current. Configures, installs and maintains software and hardware such as work stations, systems, applications, printers, servers, smart devices, VOIPs, cabling. Provide support to special projects and initiatives and IT members if necessary. Stay current with system information, changes and updates. In Emergency cases, and incidents help and escalate as incident manager.

and Delivers tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end user PC desktop / laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
-Provide maintenance of the computer desktop, laptop environment
by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware
and software solutions, and supporting the Company’s PCs, printers,
servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support,
license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and
configurations.
