Receiving MRF from end users of ship repair or admin department.  Comparing the (MRF) with the job order in case ship repair.  Checking of the availability of material at warehouse available or not available.  If available in warehouse it will inform the requester to make (MRS) and receiving from warehouse.  If not available in warehouse will stamp and sign by Material Control and send it to shipyard manager or project manager for final approval.  Checking material requisition slip (MRS) for project. Job order. Etc. And to assign and stamp then warehouse can issue this material.  Returning of all unused materials from finishing project By Excess Material Return Form (EMRF) into inventory.  Maintaining adequate levels of stock & receiving new materials.  Organizing and maintaining warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material.  Coordinating with all department of the availability of stock materials in warehouse data base with proper information.  Protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.  Do an inventory every week in warehouse to check for all materials in good and quantity is correct.  Daily Monitoring of Consumables & Structural Materials.القيام بمراقبة المخزون و حركتة داخل المنشأ والقيام بطلب الخامات عند وصلها الى الحد الادنى داخل المخازن لاستمرار عملية التصنيع و الصيانة داخل المنشأ.
