• Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.
• Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
• Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
• Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
• Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
Responsible for the fulfillment (Purchasing, Logistics and Site Warehouse Functions)
Support development of cost estimate and responsible for timely and cost competitive procurement of equipment, materials and services
Full administrative responsibilities and coordination with top management include reports and recruitment of new employees and job descriptions
Manage, recruit and maintain suppliers and establish an approved suppliers list and vendors data base
Monitor and track all clients / suppliers claims
Develop procedures to eliminate loss or damaged suppliers / products in warehouse and transportation
Review performance regularly with all employees in department and issue point of meeting and try to solve the problems and follow up the plan
Ensuring stores have enough stock

Receive orders from our sales department and make sure to make the delivery in good condition and main time
Handling and filling of documents related to logistics activities
Tracking day to day the movement of materials and products
Increase the performance of the all employees in Warehouse and operation department Develop material costs and forecasts in all warehouse, showrooms and sales department during to our historical and expected sales plan Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.
Daily follow up with all showrooms managers for the stock and requirements and solve their problems
Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Making deals with Freight Forwarders Companies about the freight rates and credit facility
Negotiate and comparison the freight rates with minimum 3 companies and discuss the Best rates and services
Serve Air, Sea, Land and Express shipment (Import & Export) As Sales Team
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.
liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Handling Import Airfreight shipment from all over the world up to Cairo Airport and follow with the Customers
Also, follow with our Airport office about the customs clearance & Delivery procedures.
Reservation with airlines like Lufthansa & Emiratis airline, ETC and negotiation the Export rates and arrange the Export Consolidation Flights up to Europe & Gulf Area.
Training in accountant department for 6 Months
Arrange the shipping procedures with freight forwarders and Handling the shipment from the Shipping Declaration, Booking, and Follow up with shipping line till arrived to the destination.
