-Planning, Implementation and Execution of TTL, BTL and CSR
- Lead, Manage and grow a team for digital marketing and activations
- Create Digital marketing annual plan with timeline, target and budget
- update activations forecasting system to propose new materials, products and estimated budget
- develop quarterly CSR plan as per company demand and work closely with partners in Universities, charitable organizations and suppliers to create a value-added projects & activities
- conduct regular surveys and marketing research pilot projects to improve the quality and transfer to the management
- launch new products "Supermi" and acquire feedback from TTL, BTL Channels
- write campaign briefs and work with agencies to create a wonderful content and videos
- Help shape key events which exemplify and communicate brand values (e.g.
youth events AIESEC, Enactus, Dar El-Orman - Misr El-kheir foundation, and exhibitions)
- Advise on event planning to improve audience experience and ensure the
communication of key messages and appropriate brand values
- create a new communication system for customer service, B2B and online recruitment with alignment with each associated department
- Create digital marketing management standards, regulations and roles of engagement
