I am responsible for:
• Quality Control on Incoming Chemicals.
• Experiments to improve product quality and help solve problems
• A member of the Committee for experiments on colors.
• Quality control of chemicals imported and the company's internal.
• Preparing emergency plan in case there are problems with crystals
(Color change or a problem with melting…etc.).
• Prepare monthly reports on the status of crystal colors and chemicals.
• Identifying the quality of annealing of the products.
• Quality control of the process of mixing chemicals Homogeneity and
Humidity.
• Quality control viscosity of the Glass melt and density of the products.
• Prepare of X-Ray samples according to specification for measurement.
• Prepare special programs on X-Ray Fluorescence.
• Analysis of samples of glass and chemicals for different glass
companies.
• Communicate with laboratories for glass and X-rays.
• Creating a plan for the lab equipment and tools to be used.
• Creating procedures needs for Industrial Safety Per the required
specifications.
• Identifying the Viscosity of the Glass melt.
I am responsible for :
1- Preparing batches of colorless crystal.
2- Preparing batches of colored crystal and percentage of oxides added.
3- A member of the Committee for experiments on colors.
4- Quality control of chemicals imported and the company's internal.
5- Preparing emergency plan in case there are problems with crystals (Color change or a problem with melting…etc.).
6- Responsible for receiving (colorless crystal and colored crystal) and to identify promising run or not.
7- Prepare monthly reports on the status of crystal colors and chemicals.
8- Review the consumption of chemicals and monthly stocktaking inventory.
9- Knowledge & working at X-Ray Fluorescence.
10- Quality Control on Incoming Chemicals.
I am responsible for :
1- Receiving raw materials and specify its quality.
2- Testing final product to determine its quality.
3- Follow-up after the product approved for storage or shipment.
Bachelor's degree in General Science with cumulative grade (Good) Faculty of science Cairo university Specialization: Chemistry/Geology Graduation year: 2009
