• Incorporated management and analysis functions organization-wide (increased management reporting footage to cover 100+ dashboards/ KPIs across organization).
Developed ERP organizational structure, processes, policies and procedures on behalf of service incumbent for fixed lines and builder/service provider on behalf of largest internet service and owner of fourth mobile network.
