Job Responsibility:

-Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with company goals and project requirements.
-Define BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for project teams.

-Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to further develop proficiencies and provide opportunities to learn and develop. and support project teams on BIM software and workflows.
-Monitoring and maintaining project-level CDE and associated workflow (i.e., model coordination, collaboration, model federation, model health, LOD compliance, and clash management) in alignment with project scope and EIR, including routine CDE validation checks for compliance to BEP and project standards
-Reviewing BIM360 issues and ensuring that BIM coordinators have assigned issues for all disciplines before contractors submit the models.
-Keeping track of open and answered BIM360 issues, ensuring that these issues are closed before the due date.
-Creating and organizing all weekly BIM coordination and progress meetings for the entire project.
