Job Responsibility:

-Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with company goals and project requirements.
-Define BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for project teams.
-Providing hands-on training to internal disciplines i.e. Revit, Naviswork, BIM360 and Aconex.
-Utilize BIM data to generate reports, analyses, and visualizations for project optimization and stakeholder communication.
-Supporting, mentoring all Aconex workflow and ensuring the BIM coordinator closing it before the overdue.
-Conducting onboard (BIM kick-off) meetings with client and contractors, either leading or attending as necessary.
-Reviewing and approving the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) along with all appendices for all projects within its scope. And ensuring that the contractor has implemented BIM processes, data quality measures, and completeness tools.
-Assure that all Assets Information data had been integrated clearly and embedded within the BIM models starting from the Shop drawing phase up to the Handing-over phase.
-Supporting, mentoring and coaching team members to further develop proficiencies and provide opportunities to learn and develop. and support project teams on BIM software and workflows.
-Monitoring and maintaining project-level CDE and associated workflow (i.e., model coordination, collaboration, model federation, model health, LOD compliance, and clash management) in alignment with project scope and EIR, including routine CDE validation checks for compliance to BEP and project standards
-Reviewing BIM360 issues and ensuring that BIM coordinators have assigned issues for all disciplines before contractors submit the models.
-Keeping track of open and answered BIM360 issues, ensuring that these issues are closed before the due date.
-Creating and organizing all weekly BIM coordination and progress meetings for the entire project.

Project:

Site Supervission for Shura Island Program 7 includes all trades, while Program 6 and 8 include all piles scope. Client (Red sea global)

Job Responsibility:

-Participate in Coordination meetings and workshops held with site team (Project team) to solve all pending issues with off-site (BIM team), Also supervising and coordinate with the subcontractors to ensure the BIM deliverable are within the project time schedule and quality.
-Provide construction top management team Power bi report according to models information.
-Develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
-Support/Solve Technical issues in design.
-Ensure that the implementation of BIM aligns with the client’s CAD-BIM strategy and links appropriately with winder business.
-Comply with the requirements of all discipline QA/QC.

-Coordination between different disciplines as (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC).
-Creating from Navis search set and appearance profile to submitted to the client.

Job Responsibility:

- Following up the BIM workflow, and required standards to ensure that the contractors and sub-contractors are following them.
- Develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
- Ensure that the implementation of BIM aligns with the client’s CAD-BIM strategy and links appropriately with winder business.
- Coordinate Navis clash report for each discipline and distributes to the necessary discipline members.
- Integrating my programming experience by Dynamo with BIM to enhance the processes.
- Lead Electrical and Low Current BIM modelers in the Project and solve/assist them to solve any issue in Revit template, families, modeling and creating shop drawings.
- Prepare the Shop Drawing as per specs and Egyptian code.
- Distribute the modelers per discipline and a sign them according to the work follow.
- Coordination between different disciplines such as (Arch, Str, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC).

-Prepare the Model standard according to the Qatar Rail BIM Guidelines (QRBG).
-Assist all ELE/FRD/BACS modelers in the project and solve any problem they have it in Revit.
-Response model (DRS) Design review sheet from the main contractor (ALYSJ) joint venture (Aktor-L&T-Yapi-STFA-AlJaber).
