Managing the Arab National Bank Administration Tower with a budget of 213 Million Saudi Riyals to facilitate timely completion for client use.

• Coordinating with the interior designer office, site consultant and owner’s representative for syncing projects precisely with desired project outcomes.
• Engaging in constructability studies for proposed internal design in addition to estimating cost of materials, labor force requirements and potential returns on investment.

• Coordinated all aspects of material and shop drawing determination with consultant project manager for achievement of project objectives.
• Collaborated with site civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers for the arrangement of tasks pertaining to work inspection, quality control and quality assurance.
• Interacted with clients and their representatives such as architects and engineers to update them regarding project status, accomplishments or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Managed suppliers and subcontractors works and claims for completion of work within assigned financial budgets and deadlines.
• Conducted technical evaluation of all finishing items with suppliers and consultants until final approval from key figureheads.

• Coordinated tasks with electrical and mechanical engineers for finishing and architectural drawings, and evaluated best alternatives for achievement of project completion within available resources.
• Supervised collation of monthly site inspection and expenditure reports based on site activities findings regarding quality control, non-compliance and limitations for management review.
• Negotiated favorable conditions for subcontractors contracts including prices and special terms for increased profitability of business.
• Responsible for finishing various tasks on site including marble installation, water jet cut shapes, stone cladding for more than 7000 sq. meters, wall finishing from paint to wood cladding, raised floor installation, cable management system floor installation, decorative ceiling installation, paint application, hand rails, ceramic walls and floor tiles.
• Communicated deadlines for subcontractors and oversaw the finishing of tasks such as structural glazing installation on site, wood cladding, stone cladding, demountable partitions, glass partitions, kitchen cabinets, vanity tops, waterproofing and external landscape implementation.

• Monitored and tracked statutory requirements, and interpretation of contract design documents.

Successfully executed the high end Cannon Company Headquarters construction project valued at 1 million Jordanian Dinar.

- Drew preliminary designs for client review, and directed the interior design job functions for the newly constructed showroom spread over 2 floors.
- Determined specifications and arrangements for utilization of main show room for high value branded products, and mezzanine floor for management and storage use.

• Children Mental Evaluation Clinic (Amman, Jordan):
- Led the comprehensive transformation of an old villa into fully operational clinical facilities.
- Spearheaded the internal and external makeovers for 2 entire floors by paying special attention to aesthetic aspects as well as practical functionality of the building.

• Toledo Hotel as Built Plans for Extension (Al Abdali- Amman, Jordan):
- Produced layouts for implementation towards Hotel extension and necessary installations.

• Prepared designs, license and execution plans for a range of projects in the designated region focused on the architectural enhancements of private houses, villas, schools, factories, and office buildings.

- Managed the internal decoration project for the construction of the Century Cinema Food Court Service.
- Developed Food Court utilities, kitchens, toilets, staff room, lockers and showers within communicated time and financial constraints.
- Oversaw the decorative finishing work of the main Food Court for fulfillment of project objectives.

• Al Freer School Renovation and Under-Piling:
- Led the establishment of a new and stable foundation for the older segment of the School facilities.
- Managed the work done by the company and its subcontractors to secure accuracy and completeness.
- Built a bridge connection between the School and the Library for diligent fulfillment of client needs.

• Al Wajeh Contracting Company Headquarters Office Decoration:
- Provided expertise for internal finishing project of the company's new head office to ensure completion within budget and designated time.
