• Receive from MICE team travel packages and develop attractive designs to best communicate the occasion and the price.
• Design all Blue Sky advertisements and select the communication strategy whether above the line or below the line.
• Administer and update Blue Sky web site www.lcc-bluesky.com with our latest news and offers.
• Administer and update Blue Sky Facebook page, Twitter and YouTube channels with our latest news and offers, and to maintain active communication channels with all fans and subscribers.
• Design and produce all Blue Sky marketing materials, ensuring to provide best quality with least cost possible.
• Build a primary Customer Relation Management (CRM) concepts and techniques, to enlarge and enrich Blue Sky customers.
• Build Blue Sky customers data base, and segmenting them according to relation types, class and Frequency.
• Introduce new attractive marketing techniques to spread and strength Blue Sky Brand Identity.
• Ensure that all Blue Sky branches, Airarabia offices and franchised offices are up to date with marketing materials and aligned with our brand identity.
• Develop market research to stand on competitors’ offers and marketing advertisements.
• Conduct and analyze Blue Sky customers’ survey, assessing blues sky different services and customer handling.
• Annually/Quarterly, develop marketing plan to management.
Teaching ICDL version “4”, train the trainees how to use the computer in a lot of fields, and teach them how to answer the ICDL Exams.
Stay up to date with changes and development in the structure of the materials; create ongoing innovation ideas, and meet the identified competency requirements to the standard required:
o Develop & enhance an updated version of Microsoft Outlook 2003.
o Prepare an outline & create a trainer guide for the Computerized Accounting (Peachtree) material.
Support in the company innovation marketing:
o Design a self-learning tutorial video for the company (Mail Merge) & post it online (YouTube) on July 2010.
o Design the company business cards & profile cover.
Teaching the BBSA (Basic Business Skills Acquisition) Program sponsored by the FGF (Future Generation Foundation) for university graduates.
