Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

Objective:
HR Policy Development and implementation
Formulate and recommend HR policies and objectives for the company based on Group policies with local adaptation as appropriate whilst supporting the internationalization of the Group through the growing international dimension in local HR activities
Change Leadership
Raise awareness of line managers on the use of IS and IT and their impact on the organization, processes and practices.
Reporting & Compliance
Identify relevant local and global legal requirements and compliance reporting requirements relating to the HR function (e.g. Health & Safety).
Optimize HR processes through efficient utilization of IS systems for collection of HR data implementing the OROCALE R12 for the total HCM Module.
Organizational Development & Change
Direct a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting.
Co-ordinate activities across division lines.
Compensation & Benefits
Based on Group policies and program mes, establish wage and salary structure, pay policies including managers ranking, performance appraisal program mes, employee benefit program mes and services, and company health and safety program mes.
