1. perform routine analytical on -line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to ensure that finished beverages produsts meets quality standard .

2. running proportioning equipments (mixers) and maintaining accurate records and perform necessary adjustments to products batches .

3. Monitor and advice on all sanitization and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance to company standards and local authority standards.

4. Develop a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control point system for reducing or eliminating the microbiological risk to product quality.

7. Maintain the laboratory facilities, equipment and reagents/media in a sanitary condition to ensure accurate and precise results are obtained. And ensure that an efficient work environment is maintained with equipment in the optimum condition for use and with reduced risk of accidents.

8. Ensure that the instrumentation used is correctly calibrated according to agreed procedure.

9. Train new employees to perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner, as required.

10. Serve as a Quality Manager back up to replace supervisor and other analysts

1 - Carry out chemical laboratory testing of products both work in progress and finished products by following the correct work instructions, timely, accurate manner and all results documented correctly.
2 - Ensure any non conformance of standard is reported correctly to manager / quality team / production( as required) and ensure corrective actions taken.

4 - Ensure retained / shelf life samples are stored effectively for traceability and testing as required.
