• To lead automation technical leaders, tender managers, and sales front office teams including -solution Architects
for business development in Europe, South America, Middle East & Africa zones within Microgrid projects and
to provide consultancy for best technical optimized and commercial approaches for individual projects.
• To identify & prioritize key technical gaps in coordination with line of business influencing R&D roadmap.
• Provide client support in relation to delivery of energy awareness events, campaigns, presentations, create proof
of-concepts and prototypes to showcase energy solutions impact.
• Support peer review of the Front office proposal whenever required to support the management approval and early
identification of technical risks (Go / No Go decision).
• To initiate kick-off meeting for each project won, and hand over to execution team.
• Develop tendering tools and supporting documents to automate quotation process global wise and deliver trainings to
upskill digital power application engineers to build optimized microgrid solution architecture.

• Lead Energy Automation opportunities and projects in different regions like Middle East, Africa and provide
consultancy for execution teams in Australia, Spain, UAE, KSA.
• Act as technical lead and single point of contact for projects, managing technical risks and teams.
• Oversee all technical aspects of complex solutions during project execution, including design, integration, and
commissioning.
• Ensure solutions meet customer requirements in performance, quality, cost, and time.
• Coordinate technical efforts with stakeholders and assist in developing future solutions.
• Raising the next generation of technical leaders in the team.
• Tendering & Execution for wide spectrum of Schneider products like: EPAS/Pacis, Micom, Easergy C5, P3, P5,
Vamp, M580 (Modicon), RTUs (Saitel, T300), power generation management system, intelligent fast load shedding
systems, Microgrid control & advisor.

• Responsible for substation Automation system (SAS), control and protection panel design and configuration.
• Performing FAT and SAT for the SAS in addition to Configuration and Integration of different relays to ABB system.
• Coordinating with the customer for project technical inputs.
• Technical released for the project BOQ.
• To perform Cost reduction for SAS panels through efficient design & standardization.
• Configuring ABB, ALSTOM, Siemens, SEL, ZIV, Reinhausen-TAPCON, Schweitzer - SEL-487V, SEL-411L control &
protection relays.
• SAS trouble shooting for energized substations as an authorized SAS engineer by national Saudi Arabia electricity
company (SEC).

• Responsible for troubleshooting & maintenance wastewater station in Helwan city, Egypt managed by Siemens
Automation system.
• To generate monthly report for spare parts needed and the maintenance operation.

• To Upgrade two ingot casting chain machines in Egypt alum company in Naga Hammadi, Egypt by replacing old
Allen Bradley PLC2 control system with a new control system of Siemens S7300 controller, touch Panel, testing,
implementing the new panel, preparing technical drawings and documentation.

• PLC, HMI programmer and SCADA designer.
• Calibration and wiring for instrumentations.
• PID Loop controller tuning.
• Implementing VSD (Variable speed drives).
• To propose and configure network topology and communication between gate ways, protection relays, SCADA,
HMIs and PLC.
• Troubleshooting to determine the fault in the system.
• Carrying out FAT and SAT for panels and the overall system.
• Prepare and study technical drawings (i.e AutoCAD drawings), cause and effect schedule, P&ID and I/O list of
control systems, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
