• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures. - Assist with tax computations & returns.
• Take part in balance sheet preparation, tax calculations, and financial statement information.
• Assist with the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditors.
• Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company.
• Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare Customer's payment due schedule and follow up for collection.
• Prepare debtor’s reconciliation statement.
• Prepare Monthly Accrued Revenue, Cost, and Net Profit Sheet.
• Prepare Monthly Part-timers and Instructor Payroll.
• Responsible for Materials in, outflow, and physical count.
• Handling of CRM System.
• Work with pre-sales and Sales management to complete accounts/opportunities qualifications and establish sales strategies consistent with team/management targets.
• Manage and close sales opportunities through opportunity management, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning, and forecasting.
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and industry trends to face customer inquiries.
