Technical Management Responsibilities:

Validate & manage the execution of Rockwell Automation PlantPax Solutions & Projects in terms of MCC, PLC, DCS & SCADA Systems, and field Instruments, Historian Reporting Systems, and Switchgear Power SCADA Solutions in terms of:
• Review the IEC, IEEE project compliance standards for system validation in accordance with the technical specifications
• Review the I/O list and instrument loop diagrams for validation and/or modifcation if required
• Create The Prototype FSDS (Functional Specifications Design Specifications) for the project and then hand it to the engineers to carry on the work
• Review the HDS (Hardware Design Specifications) in terms of netwrok architecture, hardware compliance, thrid-party control systems, control panel compliance and conformity for Validation and/or Modification,
• Control and protection equipment right sizing.
• Review the SDS (Software Design Specifications) in terms of Proper Control Modules and Global Objects, IEC61131 programming language compliance and proper utlizing throughout the software development, Control Network loading and traffic.
• Review the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) documents for Validation and/or Modification
• Review commissioning documents in terms of Contro panel power supply integrity, hardware modules functinality, physical loop checks, control modules communication and fuctionality
• Review the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) documents for Validation and/or Modification
• Review the handover documents (operation and maintenance manuals), training materials
• Give Technical support and mentoring whenever possible

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Definie project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff including on site resources and outsourced resources
• Manage the project budget
• Manage project resource allocation
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Keep Track of project deliverables by using appropriate work execution software
