Development of SME outreach and communication plan
Identify the current outreach and communication approach,
Assess the effectiveness of current approach and identify relevant outreach and communication requirements for the listing process

- Monitor financial performance and identify the pain points that must be dealt with in order to maximize profitability.
- Identifying pricing strategies, cash flow management, inventory analysis.
