•Manage the sales team and set sales targets in order to drive sales of all product lines and ensures that company profit and sales targets are met and exceeded.
•Maintain Company policy for Safety.

•To building up long term relationship between technical sales and the clients by handling customers daily problems and solving it in coordinating with other departments and the technical sales managers
•To maintain and increase the number of contractors by constructing a solid projects database for current and future projects concerning cement in the market, monitoring their progress and contacting the participated contractors.
•To conduct price negotiation and term payment with clients, submit price offers for cement to the defined projects and assure the target average price in the company.
•To conduct technical presentations (Face to Face) to consultants, contractors, and governmental association regarding cement.
•Visiting customers on a daily basis and assuring a certain number of customer’s visits by week, visits planning and execution is done through Account Manager Software using PDA.
•Determining priorities of cement supply to customers according to factories’ capacity and customer priority.
•To coordinate between customers and dispatch of cement to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on operations.
•To monitor accounts receivables and help collectors decrease level of receivables and keep it at minimum.
•To finalize contracts and initiate the ordering process.
•To monitor infrastructure and governmental projects with high consumption of HMP.
•Ensure sales and provide market information, maximizing profits and productivity.
•Achieve goals through working in direct contact with contractors/consultants.
