Essential Function and Responsibilities: Carry out design review, Make work breakdown structure (WBS) Issue RFI upon need when mistakes, conflicts and miss coordination
between drawings occur or when necessary date are missing, Prepare Material submittals and coordinate between the consultant from one side and vendors and sub-constructors one the other side, Prepare technical package to serve the procurement, quantity survey, cost
control and planning departments, Issue drawing submittals from sub-contractors to get consultant's approval.
Assigned Project: Villa's (Hisham Abbas and Fayza Abo El-Naga), Club House (Tennis Academy), Residential Building, Commercial Shop, Golf Hotel & Club House and Land mark.
Estimate the percentage of time spent in each: Sketching 50% (Take some information for project and drawing this
information to paper (plans - elevations), Cad and max 40% (Convert raster image to cad and drawing all plans and elevation and building project 3D cad or max 3D), Presentation 10% (Render project to max and complete perspective to Photoshop)
Assigned Project: EMAK building in Hurghada, Administration commercial building in Qatar, Private Villa's and Shopping center.
Essential Function and Responsibilities: Participate at design process in projects design, Provide 3D model & (2D&3D) with full presentation, Coordination with his team in modified presentation, Carry out design review, Prepare Material submittals.
