As a product manager I was responsible for a group of websites owned by The DigiTribe digital agency. I set up road maps, strategies and operation of the websites, as well as managing a small team of web developers and designers. I was also responsible for marketing the products and selling their ad space.
Additional Responsibilities:
Servicing for e-advertising accounts such as, Ahram Beverages including most of their product range, Opel Egypt, Byganz and Abu Auf nuts and kernels. In addition, creating and handling accounts websites, blogs and interactive facebook fanpages, youtube and twitter. As well as content seeding, facebook apps and games development and making sure the brands visions is being applied and reaching the desired targeted audience.
Role included strategic, advertising, campaigning, marketing and public relations for a group of website owned and operated by linkonline which is a subsidiary of LinkdotNet. (Yallakora.com, MSN Arabia, Yallabina.com and Wuzzaf.com "careermideast.com formally" and El3ab.com)
Targeted the middle eastern and north African internet users acheiving millions of page views daily. As well as managing in corporation with mobinil the telecom company, its Mobinil Wifi brand for hospitality and hotspots. This role included being responsible for all of the brand's marketing communication materials.
