x1- Handle all Operations responsibility for maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator including upgrades and SOC 1 auditing
2- Hold sole responsibility for the processing of monthly royalty payments of $250 million and assist in the normal processing of an additional $35 million/day
3- Serve as team lead for troubleshooting problems in data, communications and system processes
Lead design of SQL scripts for internal monitoring and reporting and monitoring our Microsoft SQL Server hosted applications.
4- Troubleshoot testing of client facing reports and verification against SQL Server based Customer Information Systems
5- I am responsible for documenting the one-off processes Operations requires
6- I lead the documenting of and improving upon established processes
7- I handle all test and production PGP key requests and lead the troubleshooting of PGP errors
8- Act as primary contact between the Operations team and clients and trading partners
9- Train the new employees on applications, process flows and testing
10- Represent the Operations department on all new trading partner testing and production migration
