Main Responsibilities
- Study project contract documents, BOQ, and specifications.
- Review contractors’ structural shop drawings, MTO, and Rft-BBS.
- Make a check on Material submittals, and its inspection requests.
- Follow up drawing’s amendments during implementation process.
- Monitoring projects time schedule, and its updates.
- Monitoring project progress (Millstones, Phases, and activities) with suggesting of corrective actions.
- Review contractors’ Price/Cost breakdown, and follow up their invoices.
Study project contract documents, BOQ, and specifications.
- Manage, administer and coordinate the Subcontractors’ BIM
operations and deliverables to ensure that his deliverables are
following approved BXP, Specifications and all BIM project Documents
within the project time schedule and quality guidelines.
- Create Clash detection reports & Models Review QA/QC by conducting
visual (Geometry) and standards (information) checks.
- Develop As-built (LOD 500) models with different attributes required by
the client for 4D, 5D & Facility management.
- Prepare structural shop drawings, QS, and Rft-BBS.
- Prepare Redline-markup, and As-built drawings from As-built models.
- Monitor and review all payment invoices for sub-contractors
coordinated with commercial team.
- Monitoring project progress (Millstones, Phases, and activities) with
suggesting of corrective actions.
Project:
Opera Grand Tower, Dubai, UAE
St. Regis Hotel (Nile Corniche Towers), Cairo, Egypt
Main Responsibilities
- Developing BIM models in accordance with BIM standards as agreed in BXP, which are compatible with project documents.
- Generate detailed Material Takeoff “MTO” & Verification with project BOQ.
- Providing and communicating with the engineering and control team on the site with all necessary details to control the project in terms of progress and time. - Identifying conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in developing project baseline schedule.
- Participate in preparing Prepare revised/recovery programs.
- Participate in preparing cost loading excel sheet which assigns cost and resources to schedule activities.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising the
construction works on site, labor force and the work of any
subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress & preparing site reports as required.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in
accordance with the specifications.
