o Develop a teacher’s manual for early Grade Learning (Government schools) EGM, EGR
o provides teachers with teacher-led, classroom-based assessment tools and performance benchmarks.
o provides teachers with supplementary teaching resources (teacher’s manual).
o provides classroom teachers, set of evidence-based instructional strategies in mathematics.
o Develop a 5-day training program for Mathematics trainers so that they can train 105 000 teachers on the above.
o Provide technical support to CCMID and Central Based Education in the MOETE related to guide books and training materials.
o Implement training workshops to MOETE for KG, Primary 2 and Primary 3.
o Write Report for all workshops and follow up training to project manager to present it to MOETE

Achievement for Egyptian Japanese schools the first ministerial decree with these points:
1- The choice of the project schools, based on a set of criteria developed for that purpose with the participation of Mudireya and Idara, and with the coordination of JICA Team.
2- Unify the system, mechanism, and concept of the project implementation in addition to decision-making. That will be through supervision and guidance to Mudireyas and Idaras at every governorate.
3- Develop all kinds of programs and applications needed for the project implementation for example; develop a project website - database - applications…. etc.
The central IT Department at MOETE will provide all the necessary infrastructure and installation for that purpose.
4- Nominate PMU staff for future expansion, making interviews and necessary tests
5- Propose and prepare training packages, with the coordination with JICA Project Team.
6- Setting criteria for scholarships provided by JICA, choosing candidates after tests and interviews.
7- Continuous follow-up and evaluation and develop an incentive system based on the appraisal.
8- Building partnerships with relevant entities, ministries, and authorities
9- Promoting the idea of the project to help to understand the concept and facilitate the replication later after.
