Revising B/L for meal, oil & beans, and preparing daily reports for the goods issued (Meal & Oil) and raw material received (Beans) and sending it with E-mail & Fax to Commercial, Trade Execution & Accounting Teams, plus specialists in the plant.
Following up with customers' quantity of meal or oil for each customer by fax or phone. (Customer Service)
Making monthly report for customers showing Oil & Meal, and the total amount of Beans receivables to the plant with coordination of Cairo office.
Audit & Follow Up with beans trucking contractors' quantity supplied by them & making reports every half month with those quantities for each contractor, sending these reports to the contractors and NVOC accounting team for accounting purposes.
Responsible for Logistics data-entry & enter all daily data to GTPS.
Coordination for oil sampling process for several customers. (Governmental Tenders)
Monitoring bags and making daily report for quantities issued, and remaining balance for each customer, plus maintaining bags inventory. (Bags Inventory Management)
Following up with customers their bags requirements & balances by fax or phone. (Customer Service)
Implement bags analysis procedure.
A key role player in the Annual Mock Recall. (Reverse Logistics)
Attending Safety, Food Safety & BBS meetings.

Following up all the documentation processes & the stocks of the sealing of the oil trucks, and making Purchasing Requisition for needed items.
